We separate landfill from recyclables at the resort, hire locals for drivers and guides, use LED lighting in our facilities, sourcing dairy products local herders and farmers to reduce carbon footprint. and always looking for ways to reduce our carbon footprint. Mendbagana Tovuujav



(Bagana for short) born and raised in Ulaanbaatar. At the age of 16, Bagana received scholarship and left Mongolia to attend St. Benedict’s Preparatory (SBP) in Newark, New Jersey, USA. Bagana excelled in both academics and athletics, a 3x All American and the first Mongolian wrestler to win the Prep School National Championship at 171 lbs weight category, which landed him full scholarship to attend George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. Bagana excelled in academics by graduating with honors. Currently Bagana holds the position of Country Director of Aurum Aurug LLC (USA) based in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

Munkhbaatar Baatar



(Mogi for short) born and raised in Ulaanbaatar. At the age of, At the age of 16, Mogi received scholarship becoming the first student from Mongolia to attend the all boys catholic private school St. Benedict’s Preparatory (SBP) in Newark, New Jersey, USA. Mogi as like Bagana, excelled in academics by graduating with honors and in athletics by becoming x3 All-American wrestler for SBP. Mogi received an academic scholarship to attend Saint John’s University (SJU) in Minnesota, where he received Applied Physics degree and became an NCAA Division III All-American wrestler for SJU. Mogi accumulated volunteer work and travel experience during and post college by completing mission trip to Red Lake Indian Reservation in Minnesota, overseas trips to Tanzania and Brazil as well as organizing fundraisings.

(Mandy for short) moved to USA at the age of 9 with her mother. Attended Yorktown high school in Virginia. She received her associate degree in Business Management from Northern Virginia Community College. She returned to Mongolia after ten years being away. She received her finance degree from Mongolian University of Finance and Economics.
